Terms & Conditions

The terms below are applicable if you have a purchase contract with Fullashop. These terms are intended to regulate the relationship between you as customer and Fullashop. By client is understood the individual who placed the order and/or on whose behalf this is done. listed at the Chamber of Commerce in… under the name.. under number.

Applicability of these terms

  • If you order an item, you accept the terms and conditions of sale maintained by us.
  • Dutch laws apply to all our contractual deals and business arising from them.
  • Sales contracts are only entered into with persons of 18 years or older.

Product prices

  • All product prices mentioned are in euros and inclusive of 19 % VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs.
  • do not take responsibility for incorrect prices arising from writing, typing or typesetting errors. Price adjustments rights reserved. Product illustrations in the web shop shown can differ somewhat in colour and design from the delivered product.
  • The delivery costs depend upon the size and weight of your order.
  • If your order arrives at our depot you will receive an e-mail from us, in which the delivery costs will be stated. It is possible to collect your order from us.
  • If a product does not meet with your satisfaction you have the right to return it after contacting ToysStore Crielaard within seven 7 days of delivery. Returned goods are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged (with the exception of products sold with discount due to damaged packaging) and the product shows no signs of use. The delivery costs and the costs of returning are to be paid by you. Returns can only occur after discussion by telephone. Non-postmarked returns are not accepted.

Reclamation

  • Never accept damaged packages, do not give any more guarantee. If the article is damaged, damaged during transport or wrongly delivered, you should communicate this within 5 days of delivery via e-mail and indicate what the problem is. If the client in the case of visible and/or invisible faults does not give notice in writing within 5 days, all rights to reclamation become null and void.
  • Reclamation should be motivated by the client and under discussion with relevant proof should be deposited with the company. Should be in a position to check submitted reclamations.
  • Complaints with regard to a part of the delivered items cannot be grounds for the disqualification of the entire delivery.

Payment method

To pay for your order you have the choice of a number of payment methods. In the future we will expand this, but for now you can choose from the possibilities mentioned below.

iDEAL

With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a confidential, secure and easy manner. You pay in your confidential internet payment environment, on the basis of specific secure methods of your own bank. As internet banking customer you can directly make use of iDEAL, without having to apply for it.

iDEAL offers you a number of advantages compared to other payment methods:

You can find more information about iDEAL at www.ideal.nl or via your own participating bank.

Bank transfer

You can pay the amount owed via a traditional transfer via your bank or giro account. If you choose this, we show you our bank details in the overview of your order (e.g. account number, IBAN no. and BIC/SWIFT code). In the e-mail you receive as confirmation after completing your order, you will also find these details.

Rembours

Rembours is an extra service that TNT Post offers for its customers, so that the customer only has to pay the amount owed to the delivery person upon delivery of the package. Other delivery costs apply in the case of sending under rembours to the amount of € 10.95.

Delivery methods

Fullashop sends the packages via TNT Post (though not under rembours). We try to deliver the order to you within three working days. In the case of serious delay we will inform you of this. The standard delivery costs within the country amount to € 6.50. If the package is heavier than 30 kg and/or the measurements are bigger than 175x78x58 cm other delivery costs apply and we will contact you.

If it is not desired to have a package delivered to a neighbour’s house during an attempt to deliver by TNT-Post, you can advise them of this in the remarks field when ordering.

As an alternative to sending via TNT Post you can choose to collect the package yourself. This is only possible by appointment.
